A new nano brewery is dipping its toe into Central Texas’ already brimming brewing pool.
5 Stones Craft Brewing Co., based in Cibolo, just outside of San Antonio, is helmed by Seth Weatherly, a former homebrewer who decided to turn his hobby into a career.
As an avid craft beer fan, Weatherly recognized that many Texas breweries were already nailing the classic styles with their mainstay lineups, so he set out to do something a bit different.
