Making the MOst out of a Brew Day

There are a few things in life that this blogging malarkey has enabled me to do. Things that I probably wouldn’t have done had it not been for some online scribble here and there. One of those things is being involved in brewing commercial beer – beer for retail – beer that will be tapped for many to enjoy at their favourite bars in Brisbane and, in the case of Stone & Wood’s 2014 Stone Beer, throughout Australia.

Brewing beer gets me a little bit excited. There are a number of reasons why I can’t/won’t attempt home brewing so when an opportunity to get involved on a larger scale arises I tend to jump at the chance.
