“DDH Sherman IPA is our classic West Coast Style IPA unfiltered and dry hopped a second time with additional Simco, Crystal, and Cascade hops. Dry hopping lends extra aroma and flavor to any beer. Double Dry Hopping this IPA gives it an even bigger floral citrus flavor and aroma that all hop heads love. Enjoy!” 7.5% ABV 

Purchased from The Fort in Fresno, California.

The Pour: IMG_2437

Poured from a 22 oz bomber into a tulip glass. The color is honey golden, with a nearly white sudsy head. Lots of carbonation is visible in the glass, and moderate lacing is left throughout.

The Nose: IMG_2438

Strong floral hop aroma, with citrus and pine hop undertones. There is also a moderate candied sweetness prevalent.

The Mouth: IMG_2439

Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel (very much like its Gen. Sherman roots), but offers much more bitterness oomph on the back end. The…
